Another happy Cosima client! This time in Thurlestone, near Salcombe in South Devon.
A few years ago we fitted a kitchen for this customer’s son. They loved it and asked if we could design and fit the kitchen in their home in Thurlestone, near Salcombe in Devon.
After having a meeting with the customer and receiving the architect’s plans, we came up with a design, pointing out that their architect had drawn in bifold doors where they in fact had wanted a window. Another design obstacle was the utility door in the middle of the long run on the back wall, which we were concerned would break up the kitchen and would be the first thing people saw. We overcame this by putting a run of tall units with a bespoke diagonal storage unit in the corner so the kitchen flowed. The overall effect worked perfectly as the pictures shows with the finished kitchen leaving friends, neighbours and fellow tradesmen commenting on how great it looked.
We have taken some pictures at the various stages to show the progress. Please note the customer was also having other works carried out at the property at the time as it was going through a major refurbishment.
